You can count on MemoTrek™ as your professional USB wholesale supplier, and we're here to help whether it is one day or several years from after the day of purchase. Read the fine print in our ToS.

In the event of discontinuance of product manufacture, MemoTrek™ warranty support is limited to three years from the date of of discontinuance. The life time warranty does not include accident, human fault or improper use. We can only accept returns with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number.

To receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number: contact your account manager if you purchased the product directly from MemoTrek™, otherwise contact the MemoTrek Certified Reseller from whom you purchased the product. You may also use our Help Desk to request a RMA number.

MemoTrek™ or its service center will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement USB flash drive within ten (10) working days after having received your return. Actual delivery times may vary, depending on product availability and customer location. MemoTrek™ reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.

Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from MemoTrek™ or a Certified Reseller.
