• The first thing you need to do is to get a quote from one of our friendly sales staff. We make sure you benefit from our experience in the business and our factory wholesale prices. You will get only the newest weekly prices for USB flash drives and NAND flash.
• After you send us your company logo we provide you with a free virtual-design. Our designers work fast and after usually less than 24h you have a mock-up. Now you can see how it looks like with your company's logo. Still we can easily make adjustments -  and we know how make sure that everything is according to your wishes.
• If you want, you can order pre-production samples. This way you can make sure that your customized USB sticks meet all of your requirements and is strictly in accordance with your corporate branding and company designs.
• After you have approved the mock-up or the samples we are ready and set for production. With first time customers we need to insist on upfront payment via T/T in most cases. For larger volumes we also accept L/C payment and flexible solutions can be found with returning customers or with rush-orders upon receipt of a bank transmittance confirmation.
• Your order will be ready for shipment within 7-10 working days (please allow min. 14 days for orders of more than 5,000 pcs). Wholesale orders without any customization are ready for shipment within 2-3 working days. TNT Global Express takes 2-4 days from Hong Kong to major destinations in Europe, USA or Australia.
