The first thing you need to do is get a quote:

2.) Send us your company logo and artworks, and the designer in charge of your account will provide you with a virtual-design and pre-production sample for approval. Our designers work fast and after usually less than 24h you have a mock-up. Now you can see how the finished product will looks like with your company branding. Still we can easily make adjustments and we'll make sure that everything is according to your wishes.

3.) If you want, you can order pre-production samples. This way you can make sure that your customized USB sticks meet all of your requirements and is strictly in accordance with your corporate branding and company designs.

4.) After you have approved the mock-up or the samples we are ready and set for production. With first time customers we need to insist on upfront payment via bank transfer. For larger volumes we also accept a 50% payment and the remaining prior to dispatch, and flexible solutions can be found with returning customers or with rush-orders upon receipt of a bank transmittance confirmation.

5.) Your order will be ready for shipment within 7-10 working days. Please allow min. 14 days for orders of more than 5,000 pcs. Wholesale orders without any customization are ready for shipment within 2-3 working days.

We will send you pictures of the first pre-production samples for your final approval prior to mass-production, and on request we'll gladly provide you with more picture material of the production process, so you can see how your consignment is being produced.

6.) We notify you of dispatch and provide you with the tracking number so you can track your consignment online. DHL takes only 2-4 days from Hong Kong to major destinations in Europe, USA or Australia.

In less than 14 days your campaign is ready to roll!
