Costs are transparent, and not as high as you might expect. Additionally to the costs for the flash memory you need to calculate also with the following:

1.) Set-up and tooling of mold => first pre-production prototype
2.) Material costs per pcs => costs for the casings
3.) Packaging and accessories => lanyard, keychains and giftboxes

Please note that the order quantity of 1.000 units is sufficient to set-up a
rubber mold, but might be too little when it comes to a metal castings:
Metal castings are more expensive in the set-up, and also material costs
per pcs are higher then when using rubber or plastic as material.

In order to be able to more precisely assess the costs for set-up and
tooling of the mold, as we as the material costs for the casings we usually require you to provide some more information on the product you target:

1.) What kind of material should the product be made of?
2.) Do you have any drawings or sketches of how the product should look?

The answer to these simple questions is enough for our sales team to come up with a more detailed quotation.

To receive a quotation it is sufficient if you send us the designs as jpg, pdf or another common graphic format.

The minimum order quantity for 100% custom made USB flash drives is 500 units.
