Q: Is it possible to get a pre-production sample?
A: Yes! If you'd like to see and approve a sample of the product before production, we are happy to supply a pre-production proof. You will receive this customized sample delivered to your door via express courier, and you'll get a hands-on impression so that you can convince yourself of our quality. Q: Do you have more USB sticks to choose from? 
A: Yes! We are constantly expanding our product range. If we don't have it - we can get it! Ask our friendly customer support staff to provide you with more information. 

Q: What are PMS colors?
A: PMS (Pantone Matching System) is the universal color matching system used by printers to get an exact color matched. If you provide iPromo with your logo's PMS numbers, we will match them exactly during the printing process at no extra charge.

Q: What file formats do you need to print our company logo?
A: Our graphic department prefers Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Photoshop (.EPS) vector files, but of course we can also handle JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIF and other graphic files. For this we need special handling to convert the files and the graphic illustration proof will take 24 – 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). Yet better the file quality the better also the graphic effect on the USB Stick itself.

Q: How long does it take before I can start to use my customized USB sticks?
A: In only 7-10 days your personalized USB flash memory is ready to leave our factory! For volumes of more than 3.000 pieces allow 14 days, for more than 5.000 pieces around 21 days for production. Express shipment via TNT Global Express from China to destinations in Europe, USA or Australia take 2-5 days only.

Q: What kind of packaging have you got? Can we print/customize different boxes?
A: Small is beautiful - less is more! Our exclusive design box holds your USB Stick and its lanyard without taking up too much place. The magnetic clip creates a distinctive "click feeling" when opening and closing the box.

Q: Can you put my sales presentation on the USB stick? Can it open my website automatically? Does this cost extra?
A: Yes - we can pre-load your USB memory sticks with your data! All our customized USB flash drives can be pre-loaded to auto-run your specific application or files. Sales presentations, pop-up flash advertisements, movie preloads and many more functions can be programmed to run the moment the flash drive is inserted into your client’s computer.
Your clients still have a fully functional pocket size hard drive displaying your logo, but they can have access to your company's catalogue of products or a description of services.
