In both cases there's nothing lost and everything gained. This we call “FREE” samples. Worst case scenario: you just don’t like what we’re sending you. Just return it letting us know the reason, and we will refund your money immediately. No questions asked.

We don’t believe this will happen.

Many customers want to approve pre-production samples of their promotional USB flash drives before we start with mass-production. We recommend to our customers to approve samples prior to production of order volumes of more than 1k pieces as well as for orders with difficult designs and complicated print jobs with many colors.

As long as time is sufficient and you still have some room before you plan to launch your new USB flash marketing campaign you should consider this option. It’s a good way to get to know our products and some real examples of our USB flash memory sticks.

For normal orders and especially for customers who need to meet urgent deadlines our virtual designs have proven very successful. After receiving you company logo our graphic department will set-up a virtual design, also called mock-up. This will show our product with your logo on it, the size and placement on the product and the exact colors. Only after you approval we continue and start to produce your customized flash drives.
