Our newly established sales office for customized and promotional USB flash drives in Germany is continuously maturing and has managed to successfully build up solid capacities and higher order volumes based on its ability to provide more efficient service to our new and existing resellers, wholesales businesses and end-customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
At the same time our Hong Kong headquarters is reporting a growing amount of b2b wholesale orders for our high-quality customized USB flash memory drives from new and interesting emerging markets.
We note a significantly higher conversion rate for our personalized USB memory drives furbished with laser engraving or silkscreen printing after we have started to now directly promote our sample packages to new potential customers requesting quotations and expressing interest in our USB memory sticks.
Many of our international customers choose to order one of our sample-sets containing customized pre-production samples. We include a workable 1GB USB flash drive in the model of your own choice, furbished and printed with your company logo and optionally also a data pre-load. We further enclose in this sample set four pieces of the same printed USB flash memory drive without flash memory, a lanyard and one of our sleek USB memory stick gift-boxes.
After only a few days our customers can now convince themselves of the high quality standards of our USB flash memory and our professional printing services using colorful silkscreen printing or the more tactile and discreet laser engraving.
With more customers getting a hand-on impression of our products before they order also more customers on emerging markets have started to order. Serving already the main markets in Europe we are now proud to count to our corporate clients also customers in countries such as Romania, Malaysia, Kenya and China.
Increasing requests from South American countries and Mexico is a real challenge for our sales team and customer support where we now have added workload in one more time-zone additionally to the Asian and European working hours.
Good response from the Australian market has been leading us to further investigations of the market “down under”. Also we are presently in negotiations with a local dealer in Brisbane for a possible cooperation to expand the sales of our USB flash drives to Australia and New Zealand.
