Art Work
Our graphic department prefers Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or Photoshop (.EPS) vector files in order to proof and correctly print your order. If your logo is provided in this format we can provide a graphic illustration proof and virtual sample within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends).
JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIF and other graphic files
For this we need special handling to convert the files and the graphic illustration proof will take 24 – 48 hours (except holidays and weekends).
PMS Colors
PMS (Pantone Matching System) is the universal color matching system used by printers to get an exact color matched. If you provide us with your logo's PMS numbers, we will match them exactly during the printing process on the USB flash drive at no extra charge.
Virtual Sample
This is a graphic illustration of the USB flash drive that shows logo size, color and placement on the product you have chosen. Virtual samples are supplied free of charge. Send us your company logo and receive a free virtual sample within 24 hours.
Pre-production Sample
If you'd like to see and approve a sample of the product before production, you can order a pre-production proof to make sure that you know exactly what you will get when you order. This give you the chance to approve your customized USB flash drive before we start with mass-production.
In order to cover our express delivery costs for DHL to deliver your customized USB flash drive directly to your office so that you can approve it before mass-production, we need to charge you a cover fee for this service. In most cases you will get this refunded and we will deduct this from your the total due amount of your first invoice. In other words: you'll get this money back when you place your first order.
This way we manage to share the initial trust needed to build up a successful business relationship, and you can convince yourself of our high quality standards before you buy!
